Icons of Industry Recognizes Sunil Ladwa as an International Icon 2026

NEW YORK, NY — Icons of Industry today announced that Sunil Ladwa, Founder and Managing Director of Ladwa Solutions Inc., has been recognized as an International Icon 2026 for his leadership in advancing road, fire, and industrial safety on a global scale.
Ladwa founded Ladwa Solutions as a road and workplace safety equipment provider based in Bengaluru, India, and has grown it into a company serving customers across more than twenty countries, supplying road safety equipment, fire safety solutions, and industrial personal protective equipment. He is a regular voice on global road safety, publishing more than 100 issues of his newsletter, Safety Buzz, and writing on topics including Vision Zero, wearable safety technology, and Job Hazard Analysis.
The recognition comes as the World Health Organization reported that global road traffic deaths fell 21 percent between 2011 and 2025, but still claimed 1.16 million lives in 2025, with motorcyclists now accounting for nearly a third of all fatalities and more than half of deaths occurring among pedestrians, cyclists, and motorcyclists rather than vehicle occupants, underscoring the urgency of the safety equipment and standards Ladwa has spent his career advancing.
