Susheel Ladwa

Susheel Ladwa is the Chief Executive Officer of Onyx Health. A self-described technologist who started out writing Java, Python, and Perl, he spent nearly three decades in healthcare technology leadership at Wipro, EDS, HP Enterprise Services, and IBM, where he helped scale Wipro's healthcare practice into a business exceeding $250 million in revenue.

He left a large-company career behind to build Onyx from the ground up, driven by a conviction that small, fast teams — not large organizations — will define the next era of healthcare technology.
